As the Branch Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our local operations. You will be responsible for fostering a productive work environment, optimizing supply chain workflows, and driving the branch toward its monthly and annual performance targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily branch operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end inventory activities, including stock procurement, warehousing, and regular auditing to prevent discrepancies.
- Handle complex sales inquiries, provide technical product advice, and generate accurate quotations for B2B and retail clients.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor financial performance, manage operational budgets, and report on branch KPIs to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and local workshops.
- Ensure a safe and organized working environment compliant with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch management or a senior supervisory role within the automotive or spare parts industry.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle components, spare parts distribution, and the Malaysian automotive market.
- Proven track record in sales management and achieving operational targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing diverse teams.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
