We are seeking an experienced Branch Marketing Manager (Automotive) to drive our automotive division's growth in Sulawesi Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive branch marketing strategies aligned with regional sales targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing marketing team
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate local marketing campaigns, promotions, and dealer events
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI and resource allocation
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with customer acquisition goals
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders including dealerships and local partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the automotive industry
- Proven track record in team leadership and people management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation
- Expertise in digital marketing, traditional advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is highly advantageous
