Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a versatile operations support officer to fill temporary vacancies across multiple branches in the Manila area.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including cash management, vault control, and transaction processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations and internal bank policies.
- Perform comprehensive internal audits and ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to branch staff during period-end reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in branch banking operations or a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of bank operations, deposit products, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional maturity.
- Ability to travel across various Manila-based branches as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and core banking systems.
