Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell industrial coating/chemical products through direct customer engagement and demonstrations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors in the Bandung region
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive insights
- Organize and execute in-store promotions, trade shows, and client events
- Track sales performance and submit regular activity reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific promotional strategies
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to R&D team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in marketing/business preferred
- 1-3 years experience in sales, promotion, or B2B marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of industrial products or chemical industry advantageous
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
