GSI CCTV, a premier provider of advanced surveillance and security technology across Indonesia, is seeking an ambitious Branch Sales Manager to drive our sales agenda in Yogyakarta. This contract position is perfect for a self‑starter who thrives on challenge and is eager to make a tangible impact on the region's safety ecosystem.

As Branch Sales Manager, you will design and implement sales plans that align with corporate objectives, manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure, and cultivate long‑term partnerships with key clients—including government agencies, retail chains, and industrial plants. You will coach and mentor a high‑performing sales team, set performance metrics, and track progress through CRM tools and detailed reporting.

Responsibilities also encompass market intelligence gathering, competitor analysis, and working closely with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns that generate qualified leads. You will collaborate with the product division to communicate client feedback and ensure our portfolio stays ahead of emerging threats.

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from IDR 4 million to IDR 6 million per month, complemented by performance‑based incentives, health insurance, and extensive training programs.   • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in CCTV, security, or IT products.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
