Tanggung Jawab
- Drive branch revenue growth by setting and exceeding ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of beauty consultants and therapists to optimize individual and collective performance.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, high hygiene standards, and operational efficiency.
- Manage customer relationships, resolve escalations professionally, and ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to develop actionable strategies for local branch marketing and service promotion.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the premium nature of our brand.
- Conduct regular team briefings and coaching sessions to ensure staff remain updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness retail management.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, KPI tracking, and retail sales operations.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
