Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers for Tabungan Haji products.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Conduct regular field visits and sales presentations at community events or partner locations.
- Provide detailed consultations regarding banking products, specifically focusing on the benefits of Hajj savings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the branch management.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales activity reports for performance evaluation.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to update product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (fresh graduates with a strong drive are welcome to apply).
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding or interest in Islamic banking principles is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Must be willing to work in the field and mobile within the Sidoarjo area.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and personal transport.
