Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and service delivery
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and service excellence standards
- Implement company policies and procedures while maintaining high-quality client experiences
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Handle client inquiries, resolve service issues, and ensure branch cleanliness and ambiance
- Conduct staff training on beauty services, sales techniques, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing initiatives and promotions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client service focus
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales performance metrics
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
