Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact for branch operational requests, coordinating effectively with the Head Office.
  • Monitor and track the status of all operational follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and analyze daily and weekly branch performance reports for management review.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose actionable process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and digital documentation for all branch activities.
  • Assist in the implementation of new internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or branch support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across various departments.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
