Tanggung Jawab
- Represent our clients professionally in high-traffic field environments to build brand awareness.
- Engage proactively with potential customers to communicate brand values and key campaign messages.
- Achieve and exceed daily performance targets and KPIs consistently.
- Participate in regular team training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support promotional events and roadshows across various locations in Sabah.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and internal management.
- Provide constructive feedback to leadership teams regarding consumer insights and campaign effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of a SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
- A high level of energy, confidence, and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Willingness to engage in field-based work and travel as required by the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- A results-oriented mindset with the drive to progress quickly into a management role.
