Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Instyle Newgem cosmetic products effectively.
- Manage and curate engaging content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness and community engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, packaging concepts, and digital assets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes in the cosmetics industry.
- Assist in organizing and executing high-impact product launch events and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to expand the brand's reach and visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the beauty or FMCG industry.
- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to produce engaging copy for various digital channels.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
