Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase market share and brand equity.
- Lead the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process, from initial concept and market testing to commercial launch.
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer needs.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and point-of-sale activations.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and cost-efficiency for all promotional activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales and supply chain teams to align marketing efforts with inventory and distribution goals.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in brand management, specifically within the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in successfully managing product lifecycles and new product launches.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative problem-solver with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
