- Develop and execute comprehensive global brand strategies that align with Xnergy's business objectives and market positioning
- Lead all marketing communications across digital, traditional, and social media channels to build brand awareness and engagement
- Translate complex technical innovations from our engineering teams into compelling market-ready messaging and content
- Manage and grow Xnergy's digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, and content marketing initiatives
- Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing alignment with product roadmaps and launch strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3-5 years in a brand leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global brand strategies and marketing campaigns
- Experience in the technology, energy, or engineering sectors with ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing teams and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and ability to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
