Based in our Mandaue City office, you will play a pivotal role in executing localized marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring our brand remains the top choice for food enthusiasts in Cebu and beyond.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between national brand strategy and local market execution. You will analyze regional consumer trends, coordinate with operational teams, and implement creative promotional activities that celebrate the Conti's experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and foot traffic within the Visayas region.
- Manage end-to-end promotional activities, from concept development to post-campaign performance analysis.
- Collaborate with store operations to ensure visual merchandising and promotional materials meet brand standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Visayas food industry to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with media partners, local influencers, and community stakeholders for regional brand activations.
- Analyze campaign ROI and consumer feedback to provide actionable insights for future marketing efforts.
- Maintain the brand voice across all local marketing channels, including social media and on-site displays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in brand management, trade marketing, or retail promotions.
- Strong understanding of the Visayas market, particularly the Cebuano consumer landscape.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing reports and campaign metrics.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and brand consistency.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
