Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Merchandise Manager in the development and implementation of effective merchandising strategies and plans.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize product assortment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create attractive displays that align with current fashion trends and brand guidelines.
- Conduct competitor analysis to keep the brand competitive and innovative in the market.
- Prepare and maintain accurate merchandise documentation and reports.
- Support the organization of seasonal campaigns and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or brand management is a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City.
