Are you a creative marketing professional looking to make a significant impact in the vibrant hospitality industry? ALV Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Brand Associate to join our team in the heart of George Town, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the digital branding and sales strategies for our diverse portfolio of hotels and Bed & Breakfasts (BNBs).
Your primary focus will be managing Online Travel Agency (OTA) listings to ensure maximum visibility and conversion rates. You will craft compelling property descriptions, optimize images, and respond to guest inquiries to secure bookings. Beyond OTAs, you will spearhead social media initiatives, curating engaging content that tells the unique story of each property and attracts modern travelers. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, passionate about travel, and possesses a knack for strategic account management.
As a Brand Associate, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring our clients stand out in a competitive market. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize Online Travel Agency (OTA) listings, including Booking.com, Agoda, and Traveloka, to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies and content calendars for hotel and BNB clients.
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including website banners and social media graphics.
- Handle end-to-end account management for hospitality clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth in the Penang market.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events to boost brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, hospitality sales, or account management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a distinct advantage.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
