- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives and audience engagement metrics
- Create compelling original content including social media posts, blog articles, video scripts, and email campaigns
- Manage content calendars ensuring timely delivery across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging content platforms
- Assist in developing brand guidelines and content style documents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional content creation experience with portfolio showcasing diverse content types
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in deadline-driven environments
- Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving abilities
