Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of brand events, including product launches, conferences, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage event budgets effectively, track expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Coordinate all logistical details, including venue selection, catering, AV requirements, and travel arrangements for internal teams.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and develop innovative event concepts that drive engagement.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring safety protocols are met and attendee satisfaction is maximized during the event.
- Analyze event performance metrics and prepare comprehensive post-event reports to measure ROI and gather actionable feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in event planning and execution within the marketing or communications industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in event management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Valid Singapore work pass (Passport, Employment Pass, or S Pass) is required.
