Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company growth objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging FMCG trends.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure ROI-focused allocation of marketing resources.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights through regular performance reports.
- Oversee product launches and brand activation events to enhance market visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian FMCG retail landscape and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and performance tracking platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset coupled with data-driven decision-making abilities.
