Tanggung Jawab
- Represent client brands professionally through face-to-face marketing and engagement at various events and roadshows.
- Present product features and brand values clearly to potential customers to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns and meet daily performance targets.
- Collect and report consumer feedback to help improve brand positioning and campaign effectiveness.
- Participate in daily coaching sessions and leadership workshops to refine communication and management skills.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries accurately and confidently.
- Assist in the setup and management of promotional displays and event logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- A positive, resilient attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
