Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen the firm's position in the landscape design market.
- Lead growth hacking initiatives to identify and capitalize on new client acquisition channels and market opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate complex landscape projects into compelling visual stories and case studies.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs) and ROI to optimize budget allocation and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, from digital brochures to site-specific signage.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Nurture strategic partnerships and manage public relations efforts to increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a branding, growth marketing, or lead generation role.
- Prior experience in the landscape design, architecture, or interior design industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent aesthetic sense with the ability to maintain brand consistency across various media.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in an 'urgent' recruitment context.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
