In this pivotal role, you will be the custodian of our brand voice, driving engagement and market presence across multiple digital channels.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns, managing our social media footprint, and producing compelling video content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands the intersection of logistics operations and digital branding, capable of transforming complex freight services into relatable and professional content.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that elevates TT Freight Group's market position.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality video content for digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Manage and grow social media channels to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the logistics and freight services sector.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze digital insights, and adjust strategies to optimize growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, specifically in video-first content and social commerce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy for B2B and B2C markets.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative portfolio showcasing previous brand-led video campaigns is highly preferred.
