Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute end-to-end live streaming events for brand campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align live content with brand messaging and KPIs
- Manage live streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) and troubleshoot technical issues
- Develop interactive elements (Q&A, polls, giveaways) to boost audience engagement
- Analyze streaming metrics and optimize content strategy based on performance data
- Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborative live streaming initiatives
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines during broadcasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or live streaming production
- Proficiency with live streaming tools (OBS, StreamYard, Restream) and video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement tactics
- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to adapt to real-time scenarios
