In this role, you will be the custodian of our brand portfolio, responsible for driving market share growth, consumer engagement, and long-term profitability.

You will lead the end-to-end management of brand P&L, develop innovative product strategies, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with the modern Filipino consumer. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Take full ownership of brand P&L, monitoring financial performance and implementing corrective actions to meet annual targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end product life cycle, from conceptualization and research to go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies to create impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and consumer insights research to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across media and trade activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing staff to build team capability and foster professional growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Strong financial acumen, with proven experience managing brand budgets and P&L responsibility.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to navigate cross-functional organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong bias for action and results.
