Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Take full ownership of brand P&L, monitoring financial performance and implementing corrective actions to meet annual targets.
- Lead the end-to-end product life cycle, from conceptualization and research to go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies to create impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Conduct regular market analysis and consumer insights research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across media and trade activities.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing staff to build team capability and foster professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong financial acumen, with proven experience managing brand budgets and P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to navigate cross-functional organizational structures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
- A proactive mindset with a strong bias for action and results.
