Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Finance, to ensure seamless product development and launches.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage the brand's P&L (Profit and Loss), including budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and external agencies to maximize brand equity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market reports to drive decisions.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- High level of creativity combined with a strong business acumen.
