Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand visibility, market share, and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.
- Oversee brand messaging, creative development, and content strategy to ensure consistency and strong brand identity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and operations teams to align brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track campaign performance against key metrics.
- Monitor brand health, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Identify and foster relationships with key opinion leaders, media partners, and other stakeholders to amplify brand reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the health, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of the Philippine market landscape.
