Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze market research and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch successful marketing campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage the brand budget and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
