- Develop comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market position and brand equity
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting consumer segments
- Design and implement consumer promotions across Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams to align brand initiatives
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization for all brand activities
- Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Lead and mentor marketing team members to foster innovation and excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and promotions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Expertise in managing both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
