In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the brand's voice, aesthetic, and strategic direction. You will translate market insights into compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse consumer segments in the region.
As the guardian of our brand identity, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with our core business objectives. You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate closely with product development to ensure our offerings meet the highest standards of fashion excellence. Your expertise in digital transformation and consumer engagement will be crucial in driving brand loyalty and market penetration.

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans tailored to the Southeast Asian market.
- Lead the creative direction for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand communications.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure a high Return on Investment (ROI) for all initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design, sales, and e-commerce to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee PR activities and corporate communications to enhance brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in brand management, specifically within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian consumer landscape and cultural nuances.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
