Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Manage end-to-end product launches, from concept development to market activation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Manage social media content calendars and coordinate with agencies for digital media buying.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future optimization.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain departments to ensure product availability for promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in brand management or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content quality.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
