As a Brand Officer, you will bridge the gap between creative strategy and performance marketing. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including videos, graphics, and copy that align with our brand identity.
- Monitor social media channels to identify trends, community sentiment, and opportunities for reactive marketing.
- Collaborate with internal design and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with influencers and brand partners to expand our community reach.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future optimization.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital interactions and customer service touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in brand management, social media marketing, or digital agency environments.
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences and driving measurable engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content trends.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative strategy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
