Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in conceptualizing and creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Manage and update the social media content calendar to ensure consistent brand presence.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to suggest creative improvements.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a brand-aligned tone.
- Assist in basic photo/video editing and graphic design tasks to support marketing collateral.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media engagement and reach.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Excellent creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- A proactive learner who is enthusiastic about the F&B industry.
- Available for a part-time internship commitment in Tangerang.
