We are looking for a highly organized Brand Payments Associate to join our dynamic team in Manila. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial correspondence, ensuring that our brand partners are compensated accurately and on time while maintaining exceptional service standards.
As a Brand Payments Associate, you will act as a key liaison between our financial department and our external partners. You will handle sensitive payment data, reconcile complex transaction records, and provide world-class support for payment-related inquiries via Zendesk. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end processing of brand payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Handle incoming payment-related inquiries via the Zendesk support platform with a focus on resolution and partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the accounting and operations teams to streamline payment workflows.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all financial disbursements and partner account activities.
- Provide regular reporting on payment status and outstanding balances to management.
- Support internal audit processes by maintaining clean and organized transaction records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, financial operations, or billing.
- Proficiency in using Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing systems for customer support.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
