Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth consumer research and analysis to identify market trends, behavioral patterns, and competitive landscape.
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies and positioning frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate strategic insights into compelling marketing campaigns and content.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders to optimize ROI.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to enhance brand equity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and internal communications.
- Manage the brand portfolio and support the execution of marketing events and activations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand planning, marketing strategy, or consumer insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and data visualization platforms.
