We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Brand Portfolio Manager - Fungicides to join our dynamic marketing team in Santa Ana, Metro Manila.
In this high-impact role, you will be the architect of the strategic direction for our fungicide portfolio. You will leverage deep market insights, agronomic expertise, and commercial acumen to drive sustainable growth, maximize market share, and deliver superior value to Filipino farmers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the productivity and prosperity of the agricultural community by ensuring access to world-class crop protection solutions.
Your Mission:
Develop and execute comprehensive mid-to-long-term (1–3 years) brand strategies for the fungicide portfolio. This encompasses the full marketing mix, pricing strategy, portfolio lifecycle management, and integrated marketing communications that resonate with local farmers and distributors. You will be responsible for the P&L of assigned brands and will work to identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement annual brand plans and long-range strategic roadmaps for the fungicide category.
- Own the P&L for assigned brands, driving profitability, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and trend forecasting.
- Lead product lifecycle management, including new product launches, line extensions, and portfolio rationalization.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, trade, agronomic events) to drive brand awareness and adoption.
- Manage pricing strategy and trade terms to optimize margins while ensuring customer value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop channel strategies and provide commercial support materials.
- Partner with global and regional marketing teams to adapt and localize global brand strategies for the Philippine market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in agriculture, crop protection, or a related B2B/Agri-input industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that delivered measurable business results.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine agricultural landscape, pest/disease dynamics, and farmer behavior.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience managing P&Ls and complex data sets.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
- Highly collaborative, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global matrix organization.
