As our Brand & Product Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving our brand strategy and product development initiatives. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the direction of our fashion and swimwear product lines while collaborating with creative teams across the globe.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with market trends and brand objectives. - Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Lead product development initiatives from concept through production, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met
- Collaborate with design teams to create seasonal collections that resonate with target audiences
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and brand partners
- Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new launches
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and brand consistency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Business, Product Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, product development, or fashion industry roles
- Strong understanding of swimwear/fashion market trends, materials, and production processes
- Proven track record in developing successful brand strategies and product launches
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market research and sales data
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working with international teams or global brands preferred
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual merchandising awareness
