About the Role:

Tanggung Jawab

  • Brand Custodianship: Act as the primary brand guardian for ASUS and its sub-brands (ROG, TUF Gaming, ZenBook, Vivobook, ProArt) in Malaysia, ensuring all activities align with global brand guidelines and elevate brand imagery and equity.
  • Strategic Planning: Report directly to the Brand & Product Marketing Manager to assist in the development of the annual brand and product marketing plan, including go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, events, and retail touchpoints.
  • Creative Development: Develop comprehensive creative briefs and collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce high-impact marketing assets.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer insights, trends, and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring optimal ROI on marketing investments.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and regional marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Integrated Marketing Communications, ideally within the technology, consumer electronics, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the Malaysian consumer electronics landscape, digital marketing trends, and retail dynamics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous for regional communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, detail, and brand aesthetics.
