As the face of Bali Honey, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable brand experiences for travelers from across the globe. You will be responsible for showcasing our premium honey products, engaging with diverse international clientele, and driving sales growth in a high-traffic retail environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary brand ambassador for Bali Honey within the Dufry airport retail space.
- Proactively approach and engage passengers to introduce product benefits and brand history.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and tastings to encourage conversion.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display hygiene.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Manage inventory levels and restock displays to ensure product availability.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Adhere strictly to airport security protocols and company retail standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; hospitality or tourism graduates are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a premium airport retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse in English (conversational level).
- High energy, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Willingness to undergo background checks required for airport security clearance.
