In this strategic role, you will develop and implement comprehensive brand promotional strategies that align with company objectives and target market needs.
We are seeking a results-driven professional who can elevate brand presence, drive customer engagement, and maximize promotional ROI within our shopping mall properties. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base in Sumatera Selatan.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand promotional strategies aligned with company objectives and target market needs
- Plan, organize, and oversee promotional events and campaigns within the shopping mall
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and external partners for campaign execution
- Manage promotional budget and optimize ROI on marketing spend
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with brand partners and tenants
- Monitor and report on promotional campaign performance metrics
- Lead and mentor the promotional team to achieve quarterly targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing or promotional management
- Proven track record in developing successful promotional campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in retail, mall, or shopping center marketing is preferred
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Indonesian with good English communication skills
