Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market visibility and brand equity
- Create and curate engaging visual content (graphics, videos, multimedia) for all marketing channels
- Manage end-to-end social media campaigns across platforms including content planning, execution, and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across product launches and promotions
- Monitor brand performance metrics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Produce high-quality marketing materials including digital assets, print collateral, and campaign assets
- Optimize brand messaging based on market research and consumer feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing communications
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and video editing tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative execution of branding campaigns
- Expertise in social media marketing and digital campaign management
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools
