Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive branding strategies across all marketing channels
- Supervise a team of branding specialists, providing guidance and feedback on creative deliverables
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and materials
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align branding initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify branding opportunities and threats
- Manage the content planning calendar, ensuring timely delivery of branded materials
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all departments
- Measure and report on branding campaign effectiveness, making data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding campaigns
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects and campaign results
- Expertise in brand guidelines development and enforcement
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and campaign metrics
