- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with CHAGEEās global identity and local market goals.
- Supervise daily operations of the branding team, providing guidance on campaign creative, visual aesthetics, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the Branding Manager to streamline communication across multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor movements, and local brand perception.
- Manage brand touchpoints across physical outlets, digital platforms, and social media channels to ensure an premium brand experience.
- Oversee the production of brand collaterals, ensuring all materials meet strict corporate identity standards.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future brand growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising, preferably within the F&B or lifestyle retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing team workflows and successful campaign delivery.
- Strong understanding of brand architecture, consumer behavior, and market research methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas to diverse stakeholders.
