Mitra Berlian Unggas is a rapidly growing leader in the poultry industry, committed to operational excellence and high-quality livestock standards. We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Breeding Grading & Selection Officer to join our team in Bojongmanik, Banten.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our breeding operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of poultry grading processes, ensuring that our flock meets rigorous performance benchmarks. By analyzing flock health, performance metrics, and maintaining strict biosecurity protocols, you will play a vital role in our production efficiency. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about animal husbandry, detail-oriented in reporting, and capable of implementing SOPs to ensure optimal bird welfare and business results.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the systematic grading and selection process of poultry to ensure breed standards are maintained.
- Monitor and analyze flock performance data, including growth rates, health trends, and feed conversion ratios.
- Maintain absolute adherence to biosecurity protocols and SOPs to prevent disease outbreaks.
- Perform regular physical handling and inspection of poultry to identify culling requirements and stock quality.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with farm operations teams to address health or performance issues promptly.
- Implement preventative measures and improvements to maintain farm hygiene and livestock safety.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary, or a related field of Agriculture.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a commercial poultry breeding farm or related livestock operations.
- Strong understanding of poultry physiology, breeding selection criteria, and animal welfare standards.
- Proven ability to work in a demanding farm environment with high attention to detail.
- Competency in data reporting and utilizing basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Familiarity with standard biosecurity protocols and poultry health management.
- Willingness to be stationed in Bojongmanik, Banten.
