We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance M&E Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance and operation of our commercial property in Central Region. This critical role requires expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal building performance, occupant safety, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will lead a maintenance team while implementing preventive maintenance strategies, troubleshooting complex issues, and optimizing operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily maintenance operations for mechanical and electrical systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan
- Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
- Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage emergency maintenance responses, troubleshooting critical issues swiftly and effectively
- Oversee maintenance budget, inventory control, and vendor management for maintenance services
- Monitor building systems performance using CMMS software and recommend optimization strategies
- Coordinate renovation projects and system upgrades while maintaining minimal operational disruption
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems in commercial buildings
- Certification in relevant trades (e.g., electrical, HVAC, refrigeration) or facilities management
- Proven experience with CMMS software and preventive maintenance programs
- Valid electrical or mechanical trade license recognized in Singapore
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Knowledge of Singapore building regulations (BCA) and safety standards
- Valid class 3 driving license for site visits
