Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform timely repairs on building fixtures, equipment, and structural elements such as doors, windows, and light fixtures.
- Execute a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues reported by staff or management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and storage facilities.
- Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for major specialized repairs when necessary.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance tools and supplies, reporting replenishment needs to the facilities manager.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil trade disciplines.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in building maintenance or a similar facility technician role.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing repairs, and basic carpentry tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and work in various site conditions.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if required.
