Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly to occupant feedback, complaints, and maintenance requests
- Perform first-line troubleshooting of M&E systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building infrastructure
- Repair or replace faulty components in electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for management review
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs and installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor and maintain building automation systems as required
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or related technical field
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Relevant technical certification (e.g., electrical, plumbing, or HVAC preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with occupants and management
- Basic knowledge of Singapore building regulations and safety standards
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship/residency
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and confined space entry
