Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical units, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and upgrade of building fixtures and systems.
- Conduct regular safety checks to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Document all maintenance activities and update facility logs accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Valid certifications in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and management.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various conditions.
- Valid Singapore work pass or relevant eligibility to work.
