Your expertise in stakeholder management will ensure alignment across departments while maintaining clear communication channels throughout project lifecycles. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional documents (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA, Project Management)
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement validation sessions
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Develop test scenarios and participate in UAT activities
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in requirement documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
