Tanggung Jawab
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Develop process flow diagrams and documentation to clarify business operations
- Support the creation of business cases and project feasibility assessments
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Prepare executive summaries and visual reports using data visualization tools
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning sessions
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Basic understanding of SQL or database fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
