Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and market research to support Private Equity investment decisions.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential deal structures and returns.
- Monitor and report on the operational performance of existing portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize business processes and operational efficiency.
- Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, presentation decks, and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support due diligence processes by vetting financial data and operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, financial auditing, or investment operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced modeling skills preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial data clearly.
